Take Advice and Gain Wisdom

Today’s Word of Hope:Arrogance produces only quarreling, but those who take advice gain wisdom. Proverbs 13:10 (GW)

Don’t be arrogant. Arrogance leads to quarrels, which result in conflict, loss of peace, anger, hatred, a desire for vengeance, and tension in life. Are you an arrogant person? If so, you will lose the favor of God and others, and you won’t be able to enjoy life. Instead, be humble and pious.

Being humble allows you to learn from others, listen to advice, and gain wisdom. Then God will bless you.

Prayer: Lord Jesus, please help me to be humble so that I may listen to godly advice and gain wisdom. Amen.
